  I should've trusted my gut instinct upon entering this rusty looking 'scrapyard of a place'. Their unprofessional customer service was appalling. Why do businesses in London provide their customers with brutal customer service when they are busy? Perhaps we should complain more regarding unfair treatment from grumpy and arrogant business owners.
  This place is extortionately overpriced, unreliable, and very unprofessional. It took them three days to fix my car when it should've only taken them one hour. I received no apology for their delay after charging me for two hours' worth of work. The owner just turned round and walked away after I paid him. Not even a thank you either. Plus, I found a scratch on the front bumper, which wasn't there before!
  The two stars is only for the fact they fixed my car. A note to the owner: Maybe you should take a course on business etiquette and treat your customers with respect. And more importantly, learn the value of keeping your word! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! Boycott businesses who treat their customers as if they are giving them a free service.
